A Colorado couple’s lusty landlord is facing criminal-trespassing charges after they shared the shocking video footage that caused them to call the cops and move out of their condo immediately. Logan Pierce told KTTV 11 that his landlord snuck into his and his wife’s home and used their bed for sex.
Pierce revealed that, unbeknownst to the landlord Carlos Quijada, he had a camera set up in their apartment. While he was at work one day recently his phone dinged, indicating activity in the room. He knew that he and his wife were both at work all day, and when he opened the camera he got a shock.
