An Oregon man is facing attempted aggravated murder charges for the alleged kidnapping and torture of two men. Oregon Live reports 45-year-old David Ray Bartol is accused of nearly killing a former member of the white supremacist gang Krude Rude Brood along with another man. Bartol is dangerous enough, the report says, that a judge ordered his ankles to be shackled in the courtroom as the trial proceeds. In addition, three sheriff’s deputies were stationed inside the courtroom and several others wearing tactical vests were in the hall.
One of the victims who testified in the case, identified as 36-year-old Nicholas Remington, said he suffered a tremendous amount at the hand…
